Interview by Steve Drumwright on Team USA Basketball's website, NBA Champion Jodie Meeks announced his retirement from professional basketball.
Meeks was a player with the Toronto Raptors, Los Angeles Lakers, Milwaukee Bucks, Orlando Magic,
Washington Wizards, Philadelphia 76ers, and Detroit Pistons throughout his ten years playing in the NBA.

Meeks through Drumwright: "I'm young, but in basketball, I'm a little older," Meeks stated with a straight face.
"I'm not a spring chicken anymore. However, that's okay. I'm still able to move. I feel as though I'm able to play.
It's clear that I'm doing very well. For my professional life it's been a successful one, and it's going to be the cherry on the cake. ."
