In a newly introduced coming-of-age romance, Hulu takes a twisted method to the everyday faculty love story, setting the scene for an emotional rollercoaster fueled by ardour and betrayal. On Aug. 2, the streaming platform launched the trailer for “Inform Me Lies,” based mostly on the bestselling 2018 novel by Carola Lovering. The ten-episode collection tells the story of a younger faculty scholar named Lucy Albright (Grace Van Patten) who finds herself in a poisonous relationship that is too enthralling to flee.
“‘Inform Me Lies’ follows a tumultuous however intoxicating relationship because it unfolds over the course of 8 years,” the present’s synopsis reads. “When she meets Stephen, Lucy sees a darkish streak in him that she acknowledges in herself, and can inadvertently carry her demons to gentle . . .
